Roasted octopus on a rosemary aromathized focaccia cream with black garlic essence

Piedmont Fassona beef tartare with its accompaniments

Velvety carrot cream with parmesan fondue and waffle

First courses


Cantabrian anchioves and butter spaghettoni pasta aromathized with lemon and focaccia crumble

Shellfish risotto scented with citrus fruits

Black spaghetti with scampi on a celery extract and salmon eggs

“Del plin” duck and foie gras ravioli with pine nut cream

“Avvantaggiate” pesto trofie pasta with green beans and potatoese

Second courses


Larded scallops on a leek cream accompanied by “friggitelli” peppers

Catch of the day cooked salt crusted

Baked turbot accompanied by a caper and lemon sauce with pine nuts (minimun for 2 people)

Ginger and honey Piedmontese Fassona beef fillet accompanied by prebuggiún herbs

Vegetarian “cappon magro”

Sablé with lemon curd and flamblée meringue

Pistachio mousse with a cocoa and Maraschino liqueur bisquit

The focaccia used in the preparation of our dishes comes from Tossini’s bakery

A menu that changes every month and always has options that delight and gratify the taste of everyone.- including vegetarians- but also surprises and introduces novelty through combinations and original presentations.

Italian meat, fish, local produce, strictly homemade pasta, a menu elaborated based on the availability of fresh products and therefore seasonal ones.
